I became a Massage Therapist in order to help people in their quest to feel better and improve their lives. Whether you are looking to "just relax" or to have work for a specific issue, massage is a great way to take care of your body, mind and spirit.

I am trained in Therapeutic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, and Cupping.

Each session will be based on YOUR individual needs for that particular day. If you want to work on one area for an hour we can do that...if you need more work in a specific area but still want some time on other areas we can do that too.  Every massage is different and unique to you.  It will be based solely on your needs.  I care about each client and their well being and strive for each session to be a healthful and relaxing experience.
